Our theme this week is arctic animals. We will discuss arctic animals’ characteristics, adaptations and their habitats. We will discuss several different arctic animals but our main focus will be on the penguin. It would be a great idea to take your child to the Arlington Library this week to check out books on arctic animals .

Notes from your teacher:
Our class has earned 25 hall-o-grams for our excellent hallway behavior! As a reward, your child will be able to bring some toys to play with on Thursday, Jan. 14th (PJ Day). All I ask is that you do not sent your child with electronics. Also, please make sure that their toys can fit into their backpacks or that they are sent in a bag that can easily be carried by your child.
