We are finishing up our unit on Arctic
and Antarctic animals. In math, we will begin Topic 8: Addition & Subtraction. With your child, make up stories about adding and subtracting situations. Have them use objects to act out the stories or have them draw a picture of the story.

Valentine’s Party
Our Valentine’s Day party will be
Friday, February 12th at 1:45pm. Students will be able to exchange valentine cards. Be on the lookout for the class list of names coming next week. There is no need to bring a box from home because we will be decorating bags/boxes in class. However, donations of stickers, doilies, foam stickers and anything Valentine related will greatly be appreciated!

Mark your calendars for Tuesday, Feb. 9th at 7pm for the kindergarten program. We hope many will attend. If you plan on your child participating, please arrive 15 minutes early. We look forward to seeing you there!
