I did this activity with Gabriel, my step son, over Spring Break. He really enjoyed it and he made
a cat, the cat's food bowl, and a bird -- with
a little guidance from me on how to arrange
the shapes. Kain got to observe :)

Use different shaped papers to make fun toys with your child. A paper square can be used to make a simple origami dog. Use a triangular piece of paper to make a boat. Or add paper arms and legs to a round paper plate to make a puppet. Just have fun and be creative! :)
